The winery creates small batches of hand-crafted wines that are coveted by collectors. The vines at Thirty Bench are managed for low yield and maximum fruit intensity. The longer growing season on the Bench means that the grapes can become riper and have intense fruit flavours. In 2015 they were named the Best Small Winery of the Year.
