Thirty Bench Wine Makers

Join us for a weekend of wine, food and music amongst the vineyards of Thirty Bench Wine Makers, the pretiest spot on the Beamsville Bench. Sip on our two signature wines, Thirty Bench Red 2008 and Thirty Bench Riesling 2009 and sway to the funky beats of local Jazz Trio, "The Groove Associates", whose music intertwines jazz, Latin and swing sounds.

Savour the fruits of the "Good Earth Cooking School's" labour. Proprietor Nicolette Novak has prepared two savoury dishes perfectly paired to our featured wines.

Grilled Soy Marinated Flank Steak with Napa Cabbage Slaw compliments our Thirty Bench Red and the white wine friendly dish of Grilled Shrimp Tossed with Fresh Cilantro and Peanuts atop Glass Noodles will pair beautifully with our Riesling!
