Showcasing jazz, unique food pairings and brand new wines, the Rosewood team invites you to this year’s 4^th Annual ‘Graze The Bench’. Be ready to eat as Chef Mark Walpole of Chef at the Market will amaze you with his culinary skills and his choice of a wonderfully paired menu of the freshest ingredients.

The featured white wine will be our brand new 2010 Sussreserve Riesling,paired with Fat Chance Smoked Salmon on a Potato Arugula Salad. Riesling, the perfect summer sipper is our winemaker’s signature wine with vibrant notes of lemon, lime zest and mandarin orange.

The featured red wine will be our 2010 Pinot Noir paired with a Seared Chipotle Lamb Lettuce Wrap. Pinot Noir a great summer red wine, is fast becoming our signature, have a sip and see why we’ve become an award winning Pinot producer.

For those with a sweet tooth come and learn more about the world’s most ancient drink- Mead. For a unique sensory experience check out our featured meads and honey available at Rosewood.

Returning back to Rosewood is one of our favourite musical groups, Tianna H Jazz With A Twist. Tianna H, known for her sultry voice, is a winery favourite and we hope you enjoy sipping wine, eating food while listening or dancing to her fun filled performance.
