Rosewood Estates Winery & Meadery is pleased to invite you back to the premier event of the season, the second annual “Graze the Bench”. Come and spend the day on the Bench trying out our new wines and delicious food.   Chef Mark Walpole, one of Niagara’s true pioneers from “Vinefera Catering for Life” will amaze you with his culinary skills and choice of a wonderfully paired menu of the freshest ingredients.

We are pleased to present our award winning 2008 Gewurztraminer a well balanced white wine with notes of exotic and citrus fruits and undertones of rose petals. It will be paired with A Five-Spice Shrimp on Glass Fried Noodles. The aromas will excite your taste buds.

The featured red wine will be 2008 Pinot Noir. This wine will amaze you with its bursting flavour of cherries and strawberries and mocha undertones . This will be paired with Cannelloni of Eggplant stuffed with Pingue’s Prosciutto and Chevre on a Vinefera baguette .Truly delicious.

 You will enjoy the jazz sounds of Tianna’s Hot Jazz with a Twist in the vineyard to accompany your meal. Come spend the day amongst the vines or in our new pavilion and enjoy the bounty of the Bench.
