Soul Food

As soon as the kettle was invented, soup was invented.

What was more delectable than a simmering cauldron of bones, meat, berries and roots loaded with vitamins and minerals.

Re-connect to the ties of your origins, come out and nourish your body, mind, and soul with our comforting soups. Soups are paired with either the Peninsula Ridge 2016 McNally Vineyard Pinot Noir or 2015 Beal Vineyard Reserve Chardonnay.

There are two divine soups to choose from:
1. Chipotle chicken chowder with smoked Maldon salt and goat’s cheddar
2. Black bean and coconut with cilantro oil and toasted pumpkin seeds (vegan)
$10.00/person (taxes included)

Sparkle and Ice

Drop by the winery to sample small bites prepared by Chef Judi that pair with 3 Angels Gate wines.

  1. Archangel Chardonnay – paired with Brie on a Crostine with Caramelized Pear
  2. Shine (Sparkling Muscato) – paired with Butter Chicken (medium spice)
  3. Snow Angel Riesling Icewine – paired with a Cranberry Stilton Gourmet Biscuit


$19.95/person plus tax

Oysters & Bubbly

Tide & Vine will be at Fielding Estate Winery shucking oysters to pair with your favourite Fielding wines. $3.00 per oyster and your choice of Beau Soleil or Malpeque. $33.00 for a mixed dozen. They will also be serving Kat’s Famous Seafood Chowder for $10 per bowl.

Choose between our featured wines which pair perfectly with their delicious offerings. Traditional Method Sparkling Brut $12.00 per glass, Estate Bottled Chardonnay $10.00 per glass, Estate Bottled Riesling $8.00 per glass or 2017 Red Conception $8.00 per glass.

Bienvenue à Thirty Bench for the ultimate Love the Bench experience. Enjoy a tasting of 4 wines and 3 small plates sure to tantalise the taste buds.

1. Sparkling Riesling – Welcome Reception/Sign in
2. 2016 Small Lot Chardonnay with pairing: Forest Mushroom and Goat Cheese Tartelette
3. 2016 Winemakers Red with pairing: Beef Bourguignon Slider with Cauliflower, Aged Cheddar Fondue and Crispy Onions
4. 2016 Late Harvest with pairing: Mini Tropical Panna Cotta – Coconut Panna Cotta, Mango Purée, Tropical Fruits, Chickpea Meringue.

Fireside Raclette

Raclette is a French word meaning ‘to scrape’.  Imagine yourself and your Valentine warming up by our romantic fireplace with a glass of wine and our very Canadian version of Raclette. We are using only Canadian ingredients including Upper Canada Cheese’s Niagara Gold with Yukon Gold Potatoes, Double-Smoked Canadian Pork Loin, and Cornichons.Served with a glass of 2016 Estate Chardonnay, 2016 Estate Riesling or 2013 Bistro Red,  $25.00/person.

Mix it up at Rosewood!

If you believe the old adage that “it takes a lot of beer to make good wine”, you’d probably be unsurprised to learn it also takes a fair amount of perfectly mixed and proportioned cocktails to keep our team going, through harvest and beyond.

Come ‘behind the stick’ with us and learn how to craft 3 unique cocktails using Rosewood Mead, Rosewood Estate Produced Honey or homegrown lavender as essential base ingredients.  You’ll learn some essential bartending tips and skills from our team of semi-professional (but well practiced) in house bartenders, with recipes contributed and tested by some of our favourite watering holes.  We’ll provide all the tools you need to create classic cocktails with a twist.

$25 per person, offered daily at 1PM and 3PM.  Space is very limited and reservations are required for all guests.
